- 1930 The site was operated by the Franke and Scholz Company producing tin and lead products
- 1933 Commencement of aluminium and duralumin sheets production for the aircraft industry
- 1946 Foundation of Moravske valcovny kovu, with Franke and Scholz as a part of the company
- 1949 Rename of the company - Kovohute Bridlicna, n.p.
- 1954 Commencement of aluminium foils production for customer applications.
- 1972 development of a continuous casting plant, rolling mill and converting plant.
- 1994 The establishment of the joint-stock company,
Non-Ferrous Metal Works Břidličná - Kovohutě Břidličná, a.s. - 1999 The establishment of Hutní Závody Břidličná, a.s.
- 2001 Change of ownership to concern KARBON INVEST, a.s. - foundation of AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s.
- 2005 Change of ownership to SI Corporate Finance, a.s.
