The quality control system established within AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s.
The assurance of quality of products of AL INVEST Břidličná a.s. is based on the principle of meeting the needs of our customers. Our quality control concept is expressed in the Quality Policy.
Quality is our highest priority. This principle is applied to all the management, organisation, and motivation activities in AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. Quality means the ability to supply customers with products, services, and information in compliance with their actual needs and in compliance with the generally binding standards at the first attempt, properly, in required quality, and without any scrap and losses.
Quality is assured by means of the application of principles and requirements of the certified quality control system. Guarantees for the products quality are granted to customers by means of the system of conclusion of trade agreements, contracts, and general business and supply terms and conditions.
As far as organisation is concerned, the quality control is structured so as to ensure synergistic cooperation between the departments dealing with the quality control and organisation, the departments focused on production quality, and the testing departments equipped with sophisticated instruments. Data obtained during the testing of products are centrally stored in the Labsystem database and are available to all departments. If required by a customer, these departments are able to provide information concerning product quality in the form of test certificates in compliance with the ČSN EN 10 204 standard.
