On June 28, 2004 Ing. Viktor Koláček resigned as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. Ing. Helena Bílková, the member of the Supervisory Board also abdicated.
The new Chairlady of the Supervisory Board became Ing. Janka Vozárová. New members of the Supervisory Board were at the same time elected Ing. Antonín Klimša - the director's consultant for EU and investment interests of the company KARBON INVEST, a.s. and Ing. Jiří Plac - the director's consultant for investments of the company KARBON INVEST, a.s.
On June 24, 2004 Ing. Petr Otava, CSc. resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. The new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company was elected Ing. Leoš Tomíček, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Ing. Jiří Palma.
