The process of linking-up with a leader of the tobacco industry, British American Tobacco (BAT), was successfully finalised at the end of 2003. Following successful completion of the customer audit in Q3 2003, a new cooperation regarding the supply of tobacco wrapper leafs into several production affiliated companies of BAT was established in Eastern European countries and Russia. The cooperation establishes a strategy, which the company AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. has adopted in this market segment and which is successfully being developed.

We are very proud about the fact that we managed to meet all customer requirements, and the integration into our customer portfolio proves the ability of the company to be a supplier for key players within the tobacco and the food processing industry.
