In the 4th quarter of 2003, we managed to complete reconstruction of foil rolling mill Q3 (SECIM). The reconstruction was made by VAI UK Company. During the reconstruction the company managed to reconstruct all main parts of the machine:

• Increase in rolled coils
• Improvement of oil steam suction, including installation of filter to reduce oil steam emissions
• Replacement of mill, coiler and de-coiler engines
• Installation of high-pressure unit
• Installation of contact less foil-thickness gauge
• Installation of foil-flatness gauge
• Installation of AFC/AGC - VAI UK Vantage

All of the planned reconstruction parameters, increase in rolling mill speed, range of rolled thickness, flatness parameters and environmental parameters were complied with .
