Ing. Leoš Tomíček, the existing Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s., decided to terminate his activities in the company. On 27. 01. 2005, Ing. Jiří Horáček was co-opted into the Board of Directors of AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s., and elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors consequently. Ing. Leoš Tomíček resigns from the office of Executive Director as at 31. 01. 2005. In the course of February 2005, an extraordinary general meeting will take place for the purpose of appointing Ing. Jiří Horáček to serve as Executive Director.
