OKD has sold off AL INVEST
In the past days OKD has signed a contract for the sale of 99.9% of shares in AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s.. K.O.P., which owns the remaining 0.1% of AL INVEST shares, also took part in the transaction. The company acquiring a 100% stake in AL INVEST is a Prague-based private investment firm AIB CZ. Its bid was rated the best in a two-round non-public tender that a total of 8 candidates took part in.
