Tobacco foil

Tobacco foil used as inner packaging of cigarette packs is formed by two-layer laminate made by means of the technology of backing the aluminium foil with paper using dispersion starch-based adhesive. Aluminium foils with a thickness of 0.0063 to 0.0100 mm are used. Paper, with a basis weight in the range of 25 to 50 g/m2, is mill finished either on one side or on both sides. The entire surface of the foil is coated with a layer of special sliding varnish ensuring good workability on high-speed machines. Varnish can be either clear or of a specified colour and shade. The laminate can be further aesthetically finished by the embossed printing in our plant or on the packing machines in the course of cigarettes packing.
